- Cutoff Times: Orders placed after 5 PM ET will be processed the next business day.
- High Volume: During peak periods, order processing may take a few extra days. We will notify you of any significant delays.

- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
